Excavation and demolition work has begun!

We’re in an exciting phase of activity at The Falls Estate with the start of demolition and excavation work. Demolition of the existing structures and bulk excavation will pave the way for the build to begin. Our vision for these unique bushland retirement apartments is finally coming to life.

In more exciting news, we have appointed Richard Crookes Constructions as head contractor. RCC previously worked with us on the Corsoleil/Coles development on the Corso in Manly and is one of the largest retirement living and aged care builders in NSW. They are an Australian, family-owned company delivering the highest quality, future-focussed and sustainable developments.

There is a lot more happening at The Falls Estate too. Our display suite opened in September 2021 and has seen a steady stream of interested people, with a number of deposits put on our beautiful retirement apartments. When you make an appointment at the display suite, you can immerser yourself in all things The Falls Estate. There’s a scale model that illustrates how the site will be used, a full-scale kitchen and bathroom, plus we can take your through the plans onscreen.

We’re starting a series of events at the display suite which will be themed and are planned to provide more information, a chance to meet the team behind the development and discuss individual needs. A village manager has been appointed and will look after the 7 days a week concierge service, organising events and activities, and delivering wellness programmes or onsite care if required.
