When will the apartments be ready to move into?

The first residents are scheduled to move into their apartments in early 2024.

What size are the apartments?

Apartments at The Falls Estate vary in size however all are designed to offer spacious living, and are right-sized for residents to enjoy now and in the future. Two-bedroom apartments range from 98sqm to 137sqm internally plus outdoor space, and three-bedroom apartments range from 143sqm to 190sqm internally plus outdoor space.

How much are the apartments?

Apartments vary in price and these are available upon visiting our display suite.

How much is the deposit?

It is $2,000 to reserve your apartment and $18,000 upon signing the contracts.

Do I have my own car space?

You have two! Each apartment at The Falls Estate comes with two secure basement car spaces (one oversized), adjacent to a large lockup cage for additional storage.

What services are available at The Falls Estate?

Reception will be staffed on weekdays, and the concierge is available to assist with day to day requests. Future onsite services are being considered and this will be based on the changing needs of the residents, but will include;

  • Onsite concierge, management and groundskeepers
  • Access to the village bus, which will take residents to the shops or to local restaurants
  • Resident workshop
  • Community kitchen and gardens
  • Dog and car wash bays
  • Off leash dog area
  • Onsite waterfall and walking tracks
  • Outdoor communal BBQ and gazebo
  • LUMIN communications system and emergency call system, including emergency call pendants.
  • There is a community gardener that will take care of community spaces, but if you need help with your own garden we can arrange help at your expense.
  • We are also in the process of developing relationships with preferred third- party providers to deliver a range of health, wellbeing, support and in-home care services
What are the ongoing costs?

You pay $995 per month for a two-bedroom apartment and $1,195 per month for a three-bedroom apartment. This is what it costs to run the community, which is distributed to the residents – much like an owner’s corporation.

What are the shared spaces like?

We have created many beautiful shared spaces for residents to use, both indoors and out. These include:

  • Residents’ bar/lounge with feature stone fireplace
  • Resident and function kitchen facilities
  • Multipurpose room for celebrations and events
  • Snooker room
  • Heated indoor 20m lap pool
  • Gym
  • Magnificent landscaped areas, protected native forest and waterfall
  • Gazebo with outdoor kitchen and barbecue
  • Outdoor entertainment spaces, function lawns and fire pit
  • Community garden and orchard
  • Car wash and dog washing bay
  • Outdoor walking tracks, bodies of water and picnic area
  • Protected wildlife habitat corridor

The Falls Estate is located close to many shops and other retailers, including:

Can I bring my pet?

Yes, dogs are welcome, provided they do not disturb other residents or interfere with the wildlife surrounding the community. Cats are permitted but must stay inside your apartment at all times. Subject to our pet policy and management approval.
