Progress has been swift as we move forward with heavy machinery.
Stage one excavation work has now been formally completed. So with the Stage one excavation and demolition team finishing up, it leaves the build team to get on to bring to life what we know will be a truly idyllic retirement village. Heavy machinery is now in place and serious excavation work on all of the buildings is underway.
The vision is fast becoming a reality and this next step in the construction process gets us eagerly thinking about life at The Falls. With that in mind, we’ll be hosting a stand at Retirement Village Expo. We’d love to see you, so drop by for a chat at the Epping Club Sunday 23rd or Monday 24th October. With all this flurry of activity, we should mention one of our favourites. Golf. The Falls Estate has sponsored the Twilight series of events at Cromer Golf Club. The series ends with a closest to the pin shootout over the course of two weekends. Exciting stuff if you’re a golf enthusiast and happen to be a member of the Club or one of their guests. What’s probably more exciting and relevant to non-members of this great local club is that residents of The Falls Estate will receive special consideration should they wish to join.
As building ramps up we’re fielding more and more enquiries about life at The Falls.
