Terms and conditions
1. This promotion is applicable for any new resident who signs a reservation form to enter into a new Lease (Reservation) of an independent living apartment at The Falls Estate between 1 July 2025 and 31 August 2025 and enters into the new lease and settles on or before 1 December 2025 (the Promotional Period).
2. This promotion does not apply to:
a. Anyone who has signed a Reservation for any apartment at The Falls Estate prior to 1 July 2025.
b. Existing residents transferring from one Falls Estate apartment to another Falls Estate apartment.
c. Leases of apartments which are not held by The Falls Estate.
3. You will not be required to pay the Recurrent Charges, being the amount specified in your Reservation, for a period of two years (24 months) starting on the date you complete the 90-day settling in period.
4. This promotion does not apply to any Additional Service Fees, as recorded in your Reservation (or which you subsequently request), being fees charged for any additional services you choose to request that we provide to you
5. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any information shown on any printed or digital material or representations by any agent of The Falls Estate, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.
6. By signing a Reservation during this Promotional Period, you agree to and accept all these Terms and Conditions.
7. This offer is at the Falls Estate’s sole discretion and The Falls Estate reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time before acceptance without prior notification.
