So much progress onsite
The Falls Estate is growing fast, with plenty happening onsite
- Building 1 structure complete with wall and roof framing reaching completion, and internal wall sheeting underway. Roughing in of services is underway and the display unit is scheduled for completion in August.
- Building 2 and 3 structure is complete with wall and roof framing underway and service rough-in progressing.
- Buildings 4 and 5 are ahead of schedule with roof tiles and service rough-in complete and wall sheeting underway. Joinery fabrication is underway. Window installation is underway.
- Building 8 and 9 structure is complete with wall and roof framing and sheeting underway and service rough in progressing.
Building 6 and 7 structure is complete. Wall and roof framing is underway. Service rough in underway. - Window and door sill installation has commenced with the first deliveries of window frames and doors on site.
- Site civil works continue and external service trenching is complete and substation now installed.
- Ecological and landscape works are now being scheduled with the aim of bushland and weed management works to be completed over winter and planting to commence in early spring.
