Things are moving onsite

Richard Crookes Construction has completed the first of the basement concrete pours at The Falls Estate retirement community. In ground services, including 108,000L of rainwater storage tanks are at over 50% completion, while concrete footings, lift pits and shafts are all underway. In addition:

• The crane is up, allowing bulk materials to be deployed around the site
• Basement 1 and 4/5 excavations are now complete
• Basement 6/9 excavation is scheduled for completion in December
• Ground and first floor concrete pours will follow in quick succession throughout December,
  January and February

Construction is progressing well. We plan to have the ground floor of building one ready for viewing in February 2023 and our display home will be ready in July 2023. We are on schedule for completing The Falls Estate by November 2023!
